Following on from what people have been posting on various blogs I think this is a splendid idea. Started by Sofie at
Sofie's Painting Blog. I thought I'd join in though its a day late!
Been a bit busy stripping and re-decorating my eldest's room for her birthday this week so catching up on various blogs today.
Here's some pics of the painting table (tray really) with a bit of most projects I have going on. Its mostly all 15mm figures from my AVP Project but theres 7TV, Otherworld, Stone Haven miniatures and Micro Panzer all mixed as well as various vehicles that I'm trying to decide what to do with.
Thanks for following my blog and for participating! That's a busy and creative paint table!
ReplyDeleteI posted your link in my blog post and in the Paint Table Saturday community https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/112685009571607395830.
Greetings: Sofie
Thanks Sofie your diorama/display piece is coming along nicely.
DeleteGood show old man! I think I'll join you.
ReplyDeleteSweet!
DeleteStrangely enough I got my own apint brushes out yesterday too (Saturday), first time in nearly two months and nearly a yeqr since I painted figures !
ReplyDeleteSounds good. I started base coating a load of Yautja the other night but have been busy stripping wallpaper, plastering and putting up new wallpaper. Nearly finished now just waiting for plaster to dry so I can rub it down and finish.
DeletePlenty to keep you busy mate. :)
ReplyDeleteoh yes and the round tub at the back has another 2 dozen figures in that have been started lol
DeleteQuite an eclectic mix there, Simon. I'm sure your daughter will be very happy with your efforts on her room too. Best, Dean
ReplyDeleteYes some stuff is there in the hope it will shame me to finish it!
Deleteseems like a busy and creative table/tray :)
ReplyDeleteNo where near as Chaotic as my painting desk. And no I will not share pictures it is my only sanctuary and I want to keep it private.
ReplyDeleteThere has to be order to my chaos otherwise I get reprimanded by SWMBO!
DeleteEvery Saturday? Goodness, I only publish pictures of my paint table about once a year!
ReplyDeleteStill , this does look properly "used". Anything with fewer than 3 or 4 scales or periods of figures/terrain/vehicles/whatever is clearly a fake :-) .
Yes there appears to be a right mash up on there.
DeleteIt has me intrigued now to know what this is all about?
ReplyDeleteHello Simon, I thought I'd say hello over on your blog, too :)
Hello there! Its basically show whats on your painting table on a saturday type post. :)
DeleteA lot work on that table! But be carefull you don't mix them up! You could have some strange painting results! :-D
ReplyDeleteGreetings
Peter
