The second booster I got finished was the Morgan set. It contains Morgan his son Duane and another unique walker sculpt this time of his deceased wife.
I almost got the second starter set finished off the Prelude to Woodbury having painted the 5 walkers in it but need to finish off Brian Blake.
Nice work mate. Really need to start my Walking Dead stuff.
ReplyDeleteCheers Carl. It's a good game but it is a slog sometimes especially when you have loads of it stacked up.
DeleteCracking paint job Simon.
ReplyDeleteThanks very much Frank!
DeleteGreat stuff Simon although seeing these reminds me that I have all mine stashed in the wardrobe of shame.
ReplyDeleteCheers Michael. Just grab a set or two out and chip away at them.
DeleteExcellent work!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteGreat figures Simon. Mrs Morgan......very creepy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ray yes she is. Not 100% happy with her but for a zombie without any other rules will do.
DeleteA great set of figures. I also have them stored in a cupboard.. you might have stirred a number of us to moving these up the paint queue.
ReplyDeleteCheers
Stu
Thanks Stu! Your welcome happy to provide some inspiration.
DeleteLooking nice. I particularly like the skin tones :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Suber. Been experimenting them up a bit trying different things. I think on future ones I may try some purple tones.
DeleteExcellent brushwork on all of these, Simon. I particularly like the stare of the big guy with the hammer.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dean. Tyresse is one of my fave from the comics.
DeleteWell done! Modern Grocery Shoppers :)
ReplyDeleteThanks mate ha ha to true. But will they keep a two metre distance?
DeleteMore wonderful figures Simon!
ReplyDeleteTa Terry!
DeleteVery true to the comics versions, good stuff Simon.
ReplyDeleteCheers Dai it's very tough when they are B&W to inteprete what colours to use.
DeleteLovely looking survivors!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Thanks very much!
DeleteGreat stuff Simon! Really like your colour variations on the jeans.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ivor. Yeah I tried some different methods and combos. Some were ok some not so much.
DeleteImpressive work as always, Brummie! Especially Morgan turned out great!
ReplyDeleteCheers very much Skully. I wasn't totally happy with the shirt but overall when finished he doesn't seem to bad.
DeleteThe Tyresse set is a bit uninspiring but you've still done both sets proud.
ReplyDeleteSuperbly done Simon ... on all of them. That zombie's contrasting bright red/orange hair vs the pale skin tone was especially creepy while I loved the overall color scheme and execution of the central figure in the first photo.
