Gentlemen number six armed with a trusty revolver and sword cane.
A second rifle armed chap. Quite like the pocked watch on the chain in his left hand.
The Final chap who can only really be the club secretary armed with a revolver and fly swatter (LoL) I ad a go at doing a pattern on his trousers. Have mixed feelings about how it turned out.
A nice bunch of heroes or villains? Good bunch and nice painting Brummie!
ReplyDeleteThey all look rather spiffing
ReplyDeleteIts not my favourite era, but you make these guys look very good. I do like the patter you tried on the last fell as well.
ReplyDeleteAll of the paintjobs are excellent.
Looking very good brummie. Personally I like the guys trousers- I don't know what you are worried about.
ReplyDeleteThey look like the Gangs of New York!
ReplyDeleteGood work Brum. They all look great. I would be happy with the trousers. Top notch old boy, top notch.!
ReplyDeleteNice work there Brummie, very good paintjobs and schemes, but the last chap I would of different colour base for the trousers as it is very close to the jacket, but thats my opinion. Good tweed pattern on them through
ReplyDeleteAs Ray mentions, this reminds me too about gangs of New York.
ReplyDeleteLooking really good, and I quite like the secretarys pants!
Love these guys! Especially the one with the fly swatter ;) Nice work on the jacket there.. looks great!
ReplyDeleteWow, they look really good, great painting mate.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone.
ReplyDelete@Lord Siwoc yes Gangs of New York is in the same sort of time period. I quite like alot of Brigade games figures for this setting.
That's a great set of miniatures and you've done a lovely job on the painting! Hmmm, more shiny things to distract me.
ReplyDeleteVery, very cool! Great work there.
ReplyDeleteHah, gangs of New York, right! Got to watch this again :P
ReplyDeleteAs for the miniatures, I really like them. The last one has to be my favorite and I cant see no reason for mixed feelings..maybe the black on the pants? His jacket has great highlights. And I think he is the Gentlemen's barber and has a razor!
Cool set of figures and all very well painted. Take a bow, sir!
ReplyDeleteSmashing work on the trousers Si. Should have painted them yellow though and called him Rupert.
ReplyDeleteCheers Guys @Mathyoo I think its like a fly swatter or something
ReplyDeleteThe layering on thier clothing is terrific and the bases are quite neat.
ReplyDeleteI used to always toss Reaper bases, but now I'll steal your idea.
Same here, but the LoS rules in EotD relate to base size so I decided to keep them. Consider me a convert.
DeleteThank you
ReplyDeleteLove the detail work on their outfits! Great work on the clothing!
ReplyDeleteI like the quilting on that jacket
ReplyDeleteThanks Guys
ReplyDeleteI commented on this the other day, but I can't see it... Awesome figures, and you're painted them really well :D
ReplyDeleteThanks mate. I think you have commented on the previous post in error nevermind :D
ReplyDeleteVery nice job, I'm about half way through my own Gentelman's club paint job now
ReplyDeleteThanks, Look forward to seeing yours make an appearance.
