Just a quick post today. I finished this one before finishing Aunty Entity but forgot to post him up. Another Savage from the old Grenadier Future War line. Now sold by Moonraker miniatures. I am really enjoying these sculpts such character and so easy to paint. I have been working my my through the Bikers/Rebels from the same range. More on that later this week a sI need to photograph them but plan on digging out my old camera instead of using my phone.
Great job, he looks terrific!
ReplyDeleteThanks Very much Phil!
DeleteDitto the above.

ReplyDeleteErm Ditto Ditto Ditto lol :P
DeleteLooks great! Love the old Grenadier Future Wars line.
ReplyDeleteCheers dude. Indeed painting the bikers at the moment and they are fab. Will do double duty as Dreadnoks!
DeleteWhat can i say? Another great work Simon!
ReplyDeleteThank you Michal!
DeleteHe looks especially vicious, Simon, marvellous mini and super paint-job too :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Dude. That he does. I do like the close combat armed savages there needs to be more made by someone.
DeleteGreat work.
ReplyDeleteThanks dude!
DeleteWow, I used to have this fig, l-o-n-g time ago though. No idea what happened to it sadly.
ReplyDeleteHe looks great. Good work mate!
Cheers Dai. You can still get them from Moonraker miniatures and some extra variants from Mirliton though you have to buy sets rather than individual figures from there.
DeleteGreat paintjob on a very 'busy'-looking figure, despite its age.
ReplyDeleteCheers Joe. Yes busy is a good description for this one. I sort of had issues trying to make distinctions between furs and bones yet keeping it in the similar scheme to the rest of my Raiders.
DeleteOh, not a bloke to mess around! Cool one :)
ReplyDeleteCheers Suber yes indeed. No ranged weapons though!
DeleteGreat Mini - perfect for Ghosts of Mars :-)
ReplyDeleteCheers Stuart. I had to google that movie. Don't recall seeing it will have to amend that it looks cool!
DeleteHaving seen this figure it makes me want to paint a "Ratskin Renegade!" I know they are not the same but it calls out to me in that way. Splendid stuff, absolutely splendid
ReplyDeleteCheers Clint. To be honest a fair few of the Savages would fit in perfectly as ratskin renegades.
