Final Figure from the Kickstarter set is finished. The main man of the Saviours Negan the bad guy that everyone wants to love. Just finished reading through the comics of this part of the story. Man I am loving it!
Shot with the finished Scavengers. I am so looking forward to the wave with all his goons in.
Nice feeling to have that top tray all finished at last.
The bottom tray.
The Current todo pile though there is still more in the post. Tyresse I think will be first. But planning on getting the terrain and tokens done next.
To celebrate got some learning games in with my number one gaming buddy.
Great job on Negan Simon, and good to see the completed trays, how did the trial games go ?
ReplyDeleteThanks Dave. They were good fun we tried the solo rules first just to get to grips with the sequence. Then tried a vs which we didn't quite get time to finish. But wasn't far off really.
DeleteWhat an incredibly awesome painting achievement, Simon. Very well done my friend, and what an awesome looking tray shot that is too :-) You have fast made this blog THE site to visit for fans of “TWD”.
ReplyDeleteThanks dude. It feels good to get a considerable chunk of what I have own done. Plenty left for Zomtober to so concentrating on the other elements of the set next. Then will try and get a few boosters done.
DeleteThat is such a great way to finish! Brilliant job Simon.

ReplyDeleteAye it is fun having them on the table top. They will get used for some other games as well.
DeleteGreat additions. The really do sing I am sure 100% that you shall enjoy the game so much more with them painted!
ReplyDeleteYeah I only try to play with painted stuff more to encourage me to paint them than anything else.
DeleteI have always liked your painting and a completed set is very impressive. I have a mini grandaughter - me... she will play Bloodbowl. I promise you that.
ReplyDeleteThanks Phil. Cool we play 7TV as well sometimes.
DeleteExcellent finale to your current project Simon. Even though there have been many nay-sayers, I've really enjoyed Jeffrey Dean Morgans portrayal of Negan
ReplyDeleteThanks Terry. Yeah I think having read the comics to that same point JDM was a pretty good representation of him.
DeleteWow, quite an achievement. And this mini is the icing of the cake. So cool!
ReplyDeleteCheers Suber. It does feel good to have all the figures done.
DeleteAll together ... the miniatures look excellent. Super job, painting them so well.
ReplyDeleteThanks really enjoyed doing it.
DeleteEvery body loves a Negan. Nice collection and cute gaming buddy. Mine is still to young for zombies. 😀
ReplyDeleteMine don't get the reasoning behind zombies yet. But Plants Vs Zombie sows the seed quite well. lol
DeleteVery cool.
ReplyDeleteNice work.
ReplyDeleteThanks man!
DeleteIt's always nice to finish something, even (especially!) if it's a self-imposed target. Nice work.
ReplyDeleteWell indeed exactly. Now I can reward myself with adding more boosters and expansions to the pile :)
DeleteThe race to the finish line was well worth it, you must be very pleased.
ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed it and I am encouraged to get some more terrain done for it. I am tempted by Dale's RV as well.
DeleteNice and impressive additions!
ReplyDeleteCheers Phil :)
DeleteCongratulations! The KS set is a huge milestone in your getting them done plan. Negan was a great finish but, I'm must admit I preferred painting the retail version.
ReplyDeleteThanks yeah its good to have it done. Got a fair bit arrived this week and more plans to get a few packs the weekend to. I Like all the versions of Negan tbh. The KS one is just the one I like the most. Though the board game one looks pretty cool as well.
DeleteYup, he looks like Negan alright. Good work Simon.
ReplyDeleteWhat scale are those cars?
