Crooked Dice Female Minions

Hi folks May has seen me busily beavering away at getting a new cast finished for a 7TV Event in Mid June. I am still saving to get a new car for work due to my job changing to being site based. So no new figures for a good while for me. So I had a dig through my lead pile and looked through my unfinished minis and have found a fair few figs I can use to make an all female Spy Fi cast. Loosely they will be based on the Circus/smuggling group in Octopussy. Though red will also be the colour of my Shiva minions and cast.

These will form the core of my extras which will be a squad of Security Guards with the potential addition of a dog handler.

The full set of Female Minions.

Commander and pistol armed Minions with the one on the right hand side likely to be used as the Security Dog Handler.

SMG Troopers a staple of spy fi Security forces!

Two rifle armed troopers.

Next up will be more specialised Extra's like Spies, Ninjas and then onto Stars!

    1. Cheers very much Dave. I am hoping that once the cast is ready it will kick me into getting the rest of the Shiva cast done!

    1. Thanks Dean! Yeah I love the beret one as well. In hindsight I'd of been tempted to replaced them all with the beret heads.

  3. Great stuff Simon! Really like the idea of following the Octopussy colours 😀
I know that movie gets a lot of hate but I think it's one of Moore's better ones.

    1. I love all the bond films. Except probably the first Casino Royale. I tolerated the Brosnan ones when they first came out but have mellowed to them a bit watching them again recently.

    1. Cheers Suber! Yeah I am quite please. I have seen some nice ones in a light blue colour but I already have to many minions in Ultramarine Blue already.

  10. More great figures Simon! How many 7TV crews have you done now? I expect that the Lurkers Kickstarter stuff should be arriving at some point & will be adding to my 'pile' as well!

    1. Cheers Terry. I don't so much have specific casts tbh. Well maybe some but I try and use these sort of figures as generic minion types where they can fit in any theme really. Bit like they will be in my Octopussy cast and Shiva with the same colour scheme. Or maybe they could also stand in as Dare Troopers in a Daredevil cast.

  11. I love these figures but have no use for them whatsoever - so if I bought and painted them, it would simply be for the pleasure of seeing how well I could get them to turn out! A bit like half the Hasslefree figures...

    1. Cheers very much. That is totally understandable. My only wish is that their was support weapon options and some with batons

  12. Very nice work Simon ... they kinda remind of the Star Trek red shirts but different in that I have no doubt that they will survive.
