Got a good number of Burrows and Badgers minis finished this week. Four to be exact. First up is the shrewzerker who I have named Brak
Next up if Fimbul the mouse knight.
Third one finished is the mole blacksmith who I struggling to think up a suitable name for.
Sir Delegar the Shrew knight and his trusty erm steed. Bit of an experiment with paint the stag beetle. I painted the chitin a plate mail colour then used various purple, green and blue washes layered to build up the colours.
Plans for the weekend including a visit to Matlock in Derby for my second 7TV day of the year. I will try and take plenty of pics and post a report up next week.
A very nicely painted bunch.

ReplyDeleteI Like the mole with the hammer. He might not see to far but you know if he does hit you will be seeing stars! Top work.
ReplyDeleteSimon you are absolutely killing it with the brushwork on this entire line! Great stuff 😀
ReplyDeleteWell painted nd some very interesting figures with great detail you've managed to pick out, but I'll still never understand why!
ReplyDeleteAll of these models are a real joy Simon :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent work on these models Simon. They are such a breathe of fresh air amidst the general doom and gloom pieces we are wont to see online.
ReplyDeleteNice work. I now feel part of this project after ‘helping’ you find new stuff last weekend.
