Forgive me Father for I have sinned...... Blam Blam

Another Griffin survivor now OOP and now very hard to get hold of. I Managed to snap this one up off a fine chap on the Lead adventure forums Xander Check out his blog he's doing some pretty cool stuff at the moment in 20mm as well as Empire of the Dead stuff Xander's Musings.

Back to the figure its a great sculpt and was really easy to paint. Love the shotgun shells tucked into his sash. Seeing as he's in the process of reloading his shotgun I though I'd have a go at making some shells out of putty to add to the base. They look ok they came out a little bit big but when looking at them from tabletop view they look okay. I just need to try and get the 3 others miniatures to complete this set. Onto the pics.

  3. He is a very well sculpted figure. It's not often that you see an adventurer loading his weapon, which is why I like him so much.

  4. What a great character. It's seems ages since I 've been able to comment on your blog. It's just that the machine I read them on doesn't allow me to post. But I have enjoyed your postings. Keep up the good work.

  5. I love this dude, reminds me of Father Kiernan from my school days. Do you have a Nun to go with it? I'd love to see Sister Constantine as a survivor, or better yet as a zombie!

  14. Awesome figure - consider me green with jealously that you have one, as I really want to put together some priest survivors for a 'nutter' encounter group for survivors to come across.

  16. I could use this in HPL Mythos; it is the perfect base for a wayward padre even with the aviator shades.

  17. Great paint job on him mate, and thanks for the referal! He was the last of the Griffin Minis survivors I had - the Goth girl went to Mattblackgod, the fireman sold at a bring and buy, and I cant remember what the other figure was... female cop, reloading a pistol maybe? Think she went at a bring and buy too....
