ATDE Reggie Final member of the Family finished

Finished off Adam's family this week with the completion of Reggie. I kind of took my time with him as I really wasn't sure what colours I wanted to with him. I think he'd be great in an all things zombie game as a survivor he's certainly well equipped with an assault rifle, a pistol wedged in his belt and carrying a grenade. One thing I love about Adam's Family is all the backpacks and pouches they carry.

The gang all complete and ready to go!

This will be a theme I'll be using on some of my other gangs and survivors in the future they just look so much better. Fortunately Project Zeke miniatures do a pack of rucksacks and bags shown Here. I already have a couple and have used some on my other miniatures and just sculpted on the straps. There some more figures and resin vehicles being made by Simon whose the awesome guy behind Project Zeke I shall certainly be getting some more of these bags they are so useful and look so effective.

Work has begun on the State and we tried them out last Thursday night and there debut along side the Redclaws and Adam's Family also had Sollus being tried out for the first time.

  2. Really like the choice of colors on this guy. Can really see him as as survivor in many games! Gang is starting to come together nicely!

  4. Another very nice model :-) . I agree entirely about the backpacks and other stowage: they add a lot of character to the figures.

    1. Thanks. Definitely agree. I haven't modified any of these but I already have a ton of conversions planned and intend on buying another full set of the gangs just to give me some choice in weaponry and give the gangs option for growth.

    1. Cheers Clint. Yes indeed need to convert a few figures now. I do have the official Skylar to paint for this gang but I want to get started on the State!

    1. Thanks dude. Yeah I love little touches like that as well. Considering the pose isn't one I was so keen on at first as I've painted it I really like it now.

I hope they will do another pose of Regge this time more aggressive :)

  11. Great stuff mate; Reggie is an excellent addition.

Tying stuff together (like with the pouches and packs) is a good idea, and adds to that sense of dislocation. Keep it up. :)

    1. Thanks as I have some doubles I plan on converting a few do pad the gangs out a bit more. Especially with the State totting about 125-150 points more than the Redclaw and Family. But I also am tempted to convert up some more of the mercs for hire as well!

  13. Great PJ! I like this miniature a lot, too. I don't know if this was intentional, but he looks really exhausted. It's a nice touch.
