Pics of Chicks

Ha Ha got your attention. Finally based and varnished some of my miniatures.  All Hasslefree the Lady Soldiers set by Mantic I have repainted the body armour and added some extra highlights I think they are much nicer.

The Bases are milliput smoothed out then textured with a hard nylon paint brush you would get out of a kids paint set.

Now Hasslefree Dione I wasn't happy with the hair or the body suit so its been repainted and I think she looks alot smoother than from when I previous posted.

Comparison Pictures for those who asked about the Dixon miniatures line. From Left to Right
Copplestone, Dixon, Hasslefree, Dixon and Wargames Foundry.

I stuck to  putting in average sized people and tried to pick those with a similar pose. They are all based the same apart from the Hasslefree Lady Soldier who is on a standard slotta base and is about 1mm taller.

  5. Good work, Brummie. Dionne looks better for the changes you've made. Your comparison shots show that there's very little difference between the companies.

  8. Broken barrel on one G36C. Great PJ though.

  9. Yes unfortunatly She took a nose dive whilst being transported from Lounge to Kitchen the barrel was tiny and I couldn't find it.

I had thought about trying to make a barrel using part of a paper clip but the gun is too narrow for me to drill without damaging it further :(

It will be classed as a carbine

  16. @ admin and @ Anatoli, Thank you. I'm definatly gonna get more Hasslefree Adventurers they have a lot of character tho they are harder to paint.

Dam Moldlines are hard to see.

Not sure whether pulse rifles will fit in with a Zombie hit team however I'm sure you'd be able to kill a few with one though :oD

I can't make my mind up on which ones to get. I'm hoping they will have a sale soon.

  17. I've had this set on my radar as well, seeing them painted up this nice has pushed them from "might buy" to "must buy".
